Male VTubers only started existing in larger numbers pretty recently, around 2017/2018. I suppose you could count Den of Tools too, but it's less of a persona and more of a stand-in for reviewing tools some guy buys.
Milo the Actor could be considered a "predecessor" to male VTubers, and was created in 2011, but doesn't meet all the modern criteria.
