There is 10 of them and several of them don't speak JP well enough to have a real conversation with all the JP at once. And others are not good enough at FPS and prefer PVE that she probably thought they could do a derby together then have a amateur raid to cap it off in a 5v5 way.
Only she did not expect for Gura to just go play with JP and not say much, Mori to go off with Fubuki and later Kiara to gamble, Bae and Irys to show up late, Fauna,Ina, and Mumei to not show up at all, and Kronii never play the game period.
But this is just a theory.
