However, given all details we do know, it's a good chance that Pomu's surgery was a double mastectomy, in reaction to testing positive for the "you're like, 70% likely to develop breast cancer in the future" gene. The most famous example of this gene and the decision to deal with it before it causes problems is Angelina Jolie.
