However, he has been losing some clout these past years due the rise of the streaming spanish market.

Hololive has been attracting the spics and spaniards for quite a time. But just like Botan when she played WoS and said some random rusky phrases, the spanish inquisition arrived the moment Nene said some words in spanish.
So I doubt him was a huge factor since most of his audience is SOP who gets filtered easy by foreign language.
