She can be like that because she's got an amazing model, something she didn't work hard for; she can be like that because all of her coworkers are giving their all to keep hololive afloat, if all 35 holomems do what she does there will be no hololive; she can be like that because somehow she managed to gather a bunch of sunk-cost fallacy driven retards who throw money at her mercilessly, money she didn't do anything to earn; and she can be like that because she's surrounded by amazing people who are way better than her and don't say shit about her selfish behavior, because shamelessly taking advantage of your coworkers and teammates within a company is trashy to say the least.
So no, it's not about jealousy, it's about not giving even an inch to lazy fucks who believe they are the only ones with problems. Right now there are other holomems having it really rough like Nene (there's actually someone having it really, really bad but I won't tell who to not spread shit and because it's roommate stuff) and they are still there, trying, doing something. Why? Because they have some sense of responsability. Because they are adults.
