It's close enough my dude. I have a video with 153k views, 772 likes and the extension says 15 dislikes. When I go into studio it says 14 dislikes.
Another video with 665k views, 24,312 likes and 223 dislikes. The extension also says 223 dislikes. Infact every video I'm checking that I have is within 1 dislike of the actual number in studio. And this is across browsers and youtube accounts

Is not broken. The extension counts the dislikes of the people using the extension but doesn't count the ones from the people that don't use it. So if she has 12k dislikes you can bet is way higher than that.
