Pretty simple once you read her RM twitter account and her overall attitude about everything. She is a massive gacha addict and gets china money. Wasted spot considering she had to know China & hololive were not on good terms and almost no ones stream gacha unless its a promo

I think management doesn't really like enforcing their rules regarding streaming too much because it's always negative press when they do. There's always a bunch of whiny westerners that cry "how dare you" whenever they do enforce shit, so they probably feel like their hands are tied when it comes to talents who disregard them.
