Rushia got advised/warned back in november/december to stop talking to her old Dramatuber friends she had when she was mineko (and it wasn't the first time) as there was no way to tell if they were going to leak something or not (its thought Rushia is the reason why whats his face had all that info about Coco's graduation considering how Kson went after people that would hurt Hololive's rep after she left it wasn't Kson or her manager most likely.) It seems like they weren't checking what was said but possibly just the discord list or saw KoreKore at the top when she was using a work machine at the building.

Luckily Korekore is somehow the sane one in this situation, as management not matter how right they are is never sane. Straight-up says he was told more but will not talk about it because it can't be proved and it would give Cover ammo to actually take legal action.
Rushia is fired for breaking NDA and being too hard to manage anymore because of suicide baiting and being mental and refusing to take her medication for bipolar disorder.
