Phase is more like a 'medium corpo' now, since even smaller Phases are similar to the higher ccv members of smaller corporations. They exist in a space where Pippa and Lumi can do better than low level Nijisanji EN members but still can't beat the middle, while the lower end of Phase is still around 100-200.
