In any case, she wasn't discussing loli either time, and both were just accidents, but I've heard that the Chrome instance was a meltdown scenario where she had been making some critical mistakes and someone called her a failure or something and she showed her chrome homepage (which had nothing of interest on it other than a cute little girl, but that it COULD have had something on it was the issue here) and cut the stream.
She isn't always like that or anything, sounds like she was just having a rough time.
