>>32567939So this is from the voices in my head and some gleening. It seems since EN has mostly EOPS vs ID having a bunch of people that can speak and write Japanese (and have MaID) vs JP/Stars the situation is as followed.
Beyond stuff like Yagoo having to negotiate personally for some perms depending on the company.
JP/Stars: have a direct line to the permission team/managers will also take care of it. This is due to working in the same building, speaking the same language, and being around longer to form these types of connections in the company. Benefits from being in a centeralized Location (they can all get to Tokyo by the afternonn) and timezone
ID: Has Mane-chan/MaID will murder for ID. Also benefits from a centralized location and timezone and Warlord Reine.
EN: NO CENTRALIZATION, ENGLISH ONLY, Final destination. But more seriously EN suffers from being at the largest timezone difference between everyone. At worse any ESTers have a 13 hour difference with JP, which leaves 7-11 (if they have a decent sleep schedule and we assume normal working hours for JP staff. Shut up.) Where they will received maybe one or two email or communcation back In a day. this is not factoring in streaming either which lessens that time. So this can get loss in the bunch of emails, take forever to get the dance done, or whatever. I think the process quickly became they present a list to their manager, who presents it to the head of EN, who complies it all together and gives to the team at once. Its the only way scolding gura for a long list makes sense.
The other issue is with talents nto doing it, is beyond not having the numbers is, it is someone elses job.
