On one hand, no, they should focus up on supporting the talents they do have and frankly, cull some of the weakest performers, yes, including Azki and Sora who literally wouldn't make it through the auditions if they applied today.
On the other hand, no. Having more talents prevents burnout both from the streamers themselves who would always feel the need to be on their game 100% of the time and the viewers whose taste and enjoyments change over time. It also caters to a wider audience with more people.
