It does when you consider that Redjuice is one of the more in demand artists on the planet. That's the downside of working with really good artists. They're expensive, and they are trying to stay busy. Redjuice is probably getting paid a lot more to do whatever they're doing compared to what hololive wants to offer for him to just drop everything.

Her whole model looks like it was saved as BMP before delivering it to the rigger for start. Making everything blurry might work for static image, but it sure as hell does not work for Live2D.
