It was cute in the debut era but people took it waaaay too seriously and blew it off proportion expecting them to actually be romantic and shit. Thank god Gura and Ame took a stance against it to distance themselves and push other ships instead, i appreciate that immensily as it surely has calmed people down.
It's fine to ship the girls but don't get too schizo about it, jesus christ.
