I feel like they're afraid to really touch up some of their talents. Like Pekora's model still has that "barely emoting jpg" feel and Subaru's tracking is all kinds of fucked up. But they're iconic.

Not OP, but Matsuri has always seemed to have the most basic design and her 3D just looks like it’s on an older version that even the Gen 0s have upgraded from.
