The only one who could do it is Vesper technically speaking, and he currently lives in an apartment and so has a whole lot more financial considerations before caring about making a studio. The most impressive thing about them is their ccv in relation to holostarsJP, but practically speaking their views are not really in the same realm as even current Ame, and it will likely hold for merch too. The only reason Ame could afford it is that she benefitted from the whole Myth explosion that included allowing her to move houses multiple times. Of course if Vesper magically triples his fanbase then yes, they could do it on their own as he moves out and makes a studio of his own.
A separate building is possible, even likely, though I seriously doubt Ame will just hide away while they visit her property for the whole thing, she'd necessarily need to be there to at least help vesper learn the ropes for her setup anyways, I don't really see her hiding that by not just collabing anyways, again with other Holos because she wouldn't want to be the lone woman in the first place, and Bae and Mori are always up for it.
