Actually Kiara met several of the core KFP in person (not as Kiara obviously, but as herself, the cosplayer) at a recent anime convention. Her words after she spent an afternoon talking, hugging, sharing homemade sweets with KFP:

LoveBetween this event; her dissing her IRL friend for new years to spend it with KFP; and the general vibe in her streams, I stand my ground that Kiara is the most parasocial of all holomems--and I say this unironically as a positive thing.
Also both her and KFP tend towards the queer/homo side; and she is well versed and understanding of idol culture; therefore I don't think she has any intention of ever collabing with males.
