On the other hand, there are the Lovecraft novels which are regularly referred to in the original lore of Ina. Ina admitted that she doesn't have a concrete idea of her own lore, but she thinks it's somewhere between FGO and the Lovecraft myth.
Her claiming to be human is the only recurring joke, because she's not human. The rest of the lore that Ina said doesn't matter, because she pulls random stuff out of her ass that she doesn't remember anymore. Plus she cut ties with Lovecraft lore when she found out in the middle of the Dagon stream that the writer was politically incorrect and too white.
Tldr. Ina imagines herself as a mahou soujo Nadeko from Bakemonogatari. Nadeko swallowed a god and changed her appearance.
