But it's very likely not - if this would have something to do with Mori, Kiara would mention her directly, just like she did in the past, for example when she was disappointed and hurt by how cold Mori treated her after Japan she was not shy about voicing her concerns and mentioning Mori directly.
And there is very little they would actually have problems with each other, nowadays. Kiara is very over her, no emotional investment like back when they were in Japan and she relied on Mori (too much). Both interact very little with each other nowadays and more with other people they vibe better with, and nowadays Mori probably brings up Kiara unprompted more often than Kiara does bring up Mori. They don't have any mutual projects going or anything that forces them to work together and could potentially create friction.
If you listen to the rest of the clip it really sounds like it's rather "just" about issues she has with IRL people that are unrelated to her vtuber side. Sorry, drama-starved vtsisters. Probably some shitty old "friends" (otherwise if it'd just be random strangers she wouldn't be so emotionally affected by it) from back home, and by her saying she feels taken advantage of and needs to be more assertive (the context for that "Karen" reference), it's probably about them making unreasonable demands of her, trying to exploit her or being all crab-bucket mentality now that she's a rich and famous vtuber.
