This is a lot of more critical for indies or the l2d modellers, etc.
So for example the person playing Inugami Korone would not be listed in a way that says Inugami Korone in the official list (because Cover did not hire Inugami Korone, but they hired a person to play Cover's character Inugami Korone). So you might find Inugami Korone's actor's real name in the register, but not her name together with the Inugami Korone peudonym.
But a Indie VTuber would be listed with their real name and their pseudonym (VTuber name), because they might be doing business under their pseudonym.
