Here are some comments
* MEDIAN *
1) Gura
2) Council in general and Bae in particular absolutely overperformed in this metric this month so far, thanks to good choice of entertainment, with the three of them and Gura being the only with a median over 10k
3) Vox completes the top 5, failing to beat 10k
4) Kobo, Mysta, Ina, IRyS and Shu complete the top 10
5) Ike is not in a good period, being outranked by Ame and Enna
6) Kiara once again failed to hold the line, allowing Enna and Selen to get past her
7) Noir and Magni are giving ground, with their medians down ti under 4.5k and below three of the Noctyx boys
8) HoloID girls are on fire, with the second to last (Anya) being over 2.3k
9) Nari Yang and Mika continue keeping a 1k+ median, the only one in their respective (former) waves
and the punchline
10) Enna is showing an absolute sign of incline with her median so far in the month being over 6k, outranking one Luxiem boy and three Myth girls.
It might be luck, choice of content or anything else but whatever is going on for her is clearly working
* TRUE AVERAGE *
1) Gura
2) Despite the good peaks, Council girls might suffer from poor retention or outliers pulling their numbers down, as they failed to make the top 5 in the average
3) Kobo, OTOH, is #2 in this metric, a testament to her pull
4) Vox, Ina and Bae complete the top 5
5) Noir is steady at a 4k+, keeping it both for his median and for his average.
6) Ollie is the lowest ranked HoloID both in median and in average. Clearly need to reinvent herself
7) The surviving (former) NijiKR seems to be inclining, with Nari Yang outranking all (former) NijiID and Ha Yun and Na Sera outranking all but Mika
8) NijiID; conversely, seems to be stable in their mediocrity, with their second highest ranked (Hana Macchia) being below even MyHoloTV
9) Being in the Niji relay doesn't seem to have benefit (former) NijiID in any significant way.

10) Scarle, Aia *and* Reimu true average dropped below 1k. Definitely not a good sign
