Gura has been known to ditch streams before to hang out with male friends. Chumbuds can argue as much as they want, meidos delete it, this is 100% known fact. She even dogwhistled her stalkers when she got exposed.
On top of that, Gura has been disappearing gradually for roughly week-long periods for over a year. She's explained some of those breaks as "traveling" (house-hunting, visiting family). Lately she hasn't even bothered to justify her breaks, except the latest one, where she vaguely hinted at "family issues" being the cause.
I don't know what kind of "family issues" make you travel a lot and be super evasive about it, to the point that you can't even say "hey, I'm gonna go visit my family for a few days so no streams this week!". But it makes a ton more sense if she's visiting, say, a long-distance boyfriend. Always long breaks, tries to call as little attention to it as possible (because she can't make up excuses for traveling constantly), and always comes back to streaming slightly sad (I've been in a LDR before and this is exactly how it is). The reason why we never get any info about her breaks isn't because she's practicing opsec or doesn't want to talk about her family, it's because there's NOTHING to say and she doesn't want to start a lie she'll eventually contradict herself on.
Assuming Gura does have a boyfriend, and she's keeping it hidden from her fans (which she definitely would, she's going the full idol route now), it would be pretty easy to understand why all the other girls would find faults with her behavior. The girls who think nothing of mixed-gender collabs with Tempus resent her for refusing to hang out with them despite literally TANKING her career for her secret boyfriend. The girls who do care about idol purity feel like they're working with a fake.
Basically, Gura is a hypocrite who wants to have her cake and eat it too.
Meidos do your dirty job, you know I'm right.
