>>33010082I kinda am genuinely disappointed in Myth in particular while Council itself is an utter failure. They seem unstoppable on their debut and for months they are indeed unstoppable. This year? Now? They are all but a shadow of their former self, even Gura which by far still holding on her proverbial mythical power, can be seen as fading away albeit very slowly. Mori for all her vice, was doing what she can mustered for her stream while her music is in a visible recline. Ame is doing all those streams like she is in a retirement home, while Ina is carefully maintaining her remaining cult. And finally Kiara, while not given up on her career entirely, has lost any meaningful form of innovation for her growth and is dwelling in her own self pity which is not entirely her own fault.
All these, are probably the result of one form of burn out or another.
Council is a failure not because they performed worse than Myth, but because they failed to relieve some of the burden of Myth. They failed to divert some audiences' attention from Myth so that they can have some break to recharge. In fact, Council deemed themselves equal to Myth, hence deserved the long break they took as much as Myth deserved, while not even 1 year in service at the time.
The end result is that people don't even see Council as meaningful substitute for Myth. None of them hit 1m sub even after 1 year. Council with a failed duty eventually doomed their own realm. I don't see holoEN surviving with the recent debacles of them between their fans. Not even a debut of EN3 is guarantee to revitalize this foreign branch.
