I would have dismissed Phase Connect as one of the many indies which I don't watch had it not been for Pippa. I have checked out every other Phase Connect member and, I even checked out Lisa because of Pippa, who isn't even part of their company. More publicity is always a good thing. Unless she completely overlaps when it comes to streaming time with other Phase Connect members she's not going to take away anything from them. However, Pippa caters to an audience which might not be interested in watching 'normal' VTubers and the audience she caters to is sizeable enough to result in significant growth.

If anything, she should consider expanding, e.g. into CRPGs (she already did a BG3 collab) or grand strategy, possibly also more general history streams, as there is some synergy in audience with regard to what she does right now.
The Phase Connect members do more 'traditional' vtuber types of content, and there is much more competition from other companies there, but having Pippa in the company definitely exposes them more, so that's a good thing. From a business standpoint, they should probably focus on the whole sadgirl company thing, make more menhera streams and bait saviourfags. It might not give them the same growth in terms of viewers but make them competitive when it comes to akasupas. When Lia comes back you can expect her to gain a significant boost in that regard, if she plays her cards right.
