Bae's crits do more damage, sure, but that's not what makes Suisei good -- what makes Suisei good is that her crits trigger Stellar procs that do 150% damage near her, and they trigger Block Master procs that do 250% damage at random parts of the stream. Then just pick up fast hitting collabs (Elite Cooking, Endless Sea, Dragonbreath) and watch the screen be covered in tetris blocks nonstop.
Probably the highest raw damage character in the game at the moment. No control, but just shittones of damage.
