What would Hololive look like today if the corp had kept all of it's former members? This means no graduations/retirements/branch deprecations.

Picturing modern Hololive without the Taiwan yab and loss of Coco/CN branch is hard to imagine. CN was always segregated by being on a different platform so other than a few odd crossovers I guess they would just kind of do their own thing mostly in a vacuum. Kind of like VirtualReal and Nijisanji.

Kaoru would've been homo king and Kira would've brought Chibistars to the top of the apex vtuber world. RAG was the weakness of BIG STAR during vsaikyo2, if it was Kira instead of Aruran, they would've destroyed the entire tournament.
