VShojo is still by far the worst possible choice for her. Literally any other corpo would have been better. Now she's stuck to a JP "branch" with no box and one other member in an organization that doesn't actually organize anything and has its roots in Twitch streamer culture rather than NND/utaite culture and the fanbase of 100% EOPs with zero interest in learning Japanese who already dropped her after they realized that listening to unintelligible noises isn't that entertaining.

I'm not even a VShojo anti, but it really just makes no sense for her to join them. What do they have to offer her? None of their English streamers speak Japanese, there's only one other member in the Japanese branch, they have no Japanese fans, they don't organize events or concerts or produce music. All they do for you is make merch and even that has been subpar for VShojo so far with just 500 different T-shirts and stuff like a Veibae standee that says literally ニャンナーズ because apparently none of them can read katakana. It makes sense to join VShojo if you want to be a Twitch streamer using an anime avatar, not if you want to be a more traditional Japanese vtuber. Not that there's anything fundamentally wrong with wanting to be a Twitch streamer with an anime avatar, a bunch of people like that type of content. But the audience is pretty much 100% English and it's not what Rushia got famous doing.

Twitch isn't big in Japan, and even if she didn't collab a lot as Rushia, being effectively an indie makes it much harder for her to collab
She's interacted with a few people, but most are EOP and the rest who can actually speak Japanese are entirely due to Kson helping her, which just isn't sustainable longterm
