If you're referring to the Worms Tournament you should know Kiara would not do anything with the Stars so it's much more likely that she pulled out after the Stars came in, we know Kiara was aware of the collab happening and wants to play Worms with Ame (and in general, she's talked about wanting to play it with Holotori too, she likes the game).
So don't put any blame on Kiara. If Ame told Kiara to jump out of a bridge she would do it as long as there were no Stars present.
