2) signed in but their account has been flagged as a possible bot
ways to be flagged as a bot?
-having multiple YouTube tabs open (in chrome/edge, not sure if they can tell with Firefox)
-replying in live chat with only emojis or repetitive posting
apparently once you're flagged as a "possible" bot account your viewing numbers will never count for CCV, but you and all the anonymous not signed in people will be counted on views for the VOD.
