not if you look at views that aren't live. English speaking fans live in time zones all over the world and with covid no longer a concern people have to work. look at the views on her videos and you will see most of them are over half a million views
For Miko it is easier for her to get so many live views when the bulk of all her fans live in the same timezone.

twitch is an entirely different audience and the platform is entirely based around live streaming. also watching people like asmongold is far less niche than vtubers. If you compare top vtubers on the platform they will pull 10k on a good day and around 15k maximum for a special event.
