Years later, I finally went to Jersey Mike’s, and guess what? The subs are ridiculously more expensive (40 fucking shekels for 3 footlongs) and in turn, you have fewer topping choices, fewer meat choices, and fewer bread choices. It’s a fucking Redditstaurant with that serves Reddit sandwiches at gouged prices. To top it all off, the guy who served my my sandwich didn’t even put the default toppings that were listed for it on the menu, and the guy up front didn’t give me a receipt, so I couldn’t even return the damn thing. $12 for fucking meat and cheese between some bread.
