Because 30% of billions is still billions.
But Gura, the most popular streamer in all of Hololive by subscribers, only has 10 times the subscriber count of Sana, the least popular. (10 times is not much.) While any random gachikoi will spend infinitely much more money than the median Gura viewer. (Because any number at all is infinitely more than zero.)
