OF COURSE YOU LIE YOU FUCKING MORON, did you ever apply for any job, ever? You say whatever they want to hear. Honestly doesn't pay. Then you just do a good job, you'd be surprised how easy most jobs are to learn, you don't need the 4 or so years of experience to do any of it.
I got hired for a product manager position at an IT company because I prepared for my interview and knew exactly what to say, also lied about having 4 years of experience at a startup from my home country that I knew they would not be able to contact. Got hired, learned the job in half a year, I'm a senior after 2 years. Nobody around me is trying to work hard, so it's not even difficult to do a good enough job for everybody to be satisfied. I literally play video games for half the day, that's how easy it is.
That's how you fucking do it, forget whatever you were told by stupid people with stupid advices. Fake it till you make it. I guarantee you that 90% of people in highly paid positions got there exactly like that.
