It can just mean or be interpreted to having a shitty personality which just so happens to make them do morally wrong or questionable things. Like think of someone so stupid they accidentally hurt tons of people and don't fully comprehend what they do wrong or delude themselves into blaming others for their problems. I'd say unicorns are "horrible people", most of them probably don't do anything incredible awful, but they're in the same category, and she is the vtuber equivalent.
I'd say she is a horrible person in that sense. The whole "parasocial fucks" in addition to her doing weird shit like going into a fan discord and favoring them is inappropriate and unprofessional, it's also something I doubt she'd acknowledge as a bad thing. People are going to act like this kind of opinion is just about the "educate yourself" statement but it's not. At first I kind of liked her, I didn't think she was as good as Obsydia or Lazulight co-workers, but she has few redeeming qualities and the more she reveals her real personality the worse she appears.
