>>33315955It's actually pretty easy to make, even rolling isn't hard, but the process from start to finish is time consuming. The only thing I haven't taught myself to do yet is properly cut the fish, sushi grade fish is pretty expensive and I don't want to waste fish or my money on practicing my cuts.
