My question might be strange but if there any vtubers who EN speaking and still didn't fall into the US/NA global culture influence or like that, preferably not Japanese too.

You have the entirety of the Holo IDs for entry level.
Even if they act like EN vtubers, they still have that traces of native cultural references here and there. Also the ones who fully acts like EN (and JP) are the ID2, the rest (except Kobo) are what you're looking for.

If you want to go deeper then you should try to explore, there are plenty of them, mostly 2views.

I don't agree on ID generally BUT there are smth smth in some of them I was looking for. Anyway, they are totally integrated in this kind of culture I mentioned and it spoils everything. Probably you can advise any particular ones?
I have begun watching NijiIN days before they announced graduation. It was really painful to look at numbers and I might be shizo but I really could see how it affects them throughout all the stream so I couldn't relax and just watch it. Even Noor ones.

Thank you for your post. Agreed, ID2 looks totally integrated in global North American culture so I didn't checked it anymore. I checked Vestia and Kaela too shallowly, should check them deeper thx.

I think EU vtubers (not UK) are the way to go because they're not as heavily americanized but I don't know of any good ones. My country (Russia) has some 2views but most of them don't speak English and in my opinion 99% of them are extremely cringe and have these fake as fuck popular girl voices. I think they might seem really pleasant to listen to if you don't understand the language but it just filters me. It's a shame, because we have quite a few people who are deeply into JP culture but they simply aren't interested in becoming vtubers or streamers at all.

Millea Rose (https://www.twitch.tv/millearose) used to stream in English as Ozora Roselia and is pretty cute (I found her through a collab she did with her KR sister) but after rebranding with a new model she dumped streaming in English entirely.

so much EN self centrism right there, this is the internet culture, not the NA culture (NA is not correct btw, but i guess people still have problems to understand what north america include 3 countries), the internet its a mix of a lot of cultures acting like one, and because vtubers are extremely related to the internet life they are going to act in a very similar way, even vtubers that has been out touch for a long time will end up at the same spot because of their audience.

You've got Enna and Selen that are chinks, Enna specially has a huge boner for everything asian and lets that spill onto her stream.

I'm gonna go on a weird angle here:
A fun new way to experience ID culture through Niji (ex) ID is through the only non-indonesian member, Hanamaki (in collabs)
Hana getting weirded out by discovering new parts of ID culture (usually in collabs) is a pretty common theme for her clips
But honestly anyone works, I think Hyona and Zea are the best fits if you're looking to optimize both English Fluency and Uniquely Indonesian stories (although the media they consume does skew a bit global)
INHO English Fluency and Indonesian-ness are kinda anti-correlated in ID vtubers in general

Anon they moved there after. Enna in particular is completely clueless about almost anything western. Same goes for Petra but I don't know where she's from, consumed no western culture as soon as she was a child able to pick for herself. Selen doesn't count, she spent all her time on the internet, so I disagree with the other anon.

If you're looking to filter JP stuff as well, then your only choice is pure indogs from smaller companies.
