I'd like them to do more of these for holopro events. They don't have to interact with the girls and they can keep doing funny sportscaster bits. They can even do double commentary with two from StarsJP. Literally the perfect middle ground.

Honestly them being entertaining is part of the problem with male and female vtubers mixing is two fold. The people who are just there for the entertainment and don't care about unicorn stuff realize the men are more entertaining and watch them instead. The people that as re there for the unicorn stuff just move to someone else. The girls lose viewers the men gain viewers. This is what happened in NijiJP too. Their top vtubers used to be all females years back with males being subservient. Then over time it switched.

Their combo of play-by-play (Magni) and color (Vesper) commentator worked very well and they knew when not to say anything to let the other's bit play out. Made watching the boring turtlefest that the match ended up being more bearable.

It's mind-blowing how much funnier and more entertaining men are then women. If it was the girls there would be nonstop awkward pauses, the tech stuff would be fucked up and not work, and it would be a hug box where no one got dunked on like alter.

It'd also be the other way around for me, I won't watch the Rust streams, they are boring, but if they commentate over it I might because their commentating skills are good. So in my case it'd add a viewer into watching a game I'd otherwise not watch.

I'm on the fence about commentating over rust. For all of the good moments, there are hours of building and resource gathering that'd give commentators nothing to work with. They only way I could see it working is of they did something like that NFL RedZone channel that would flip between games(POVs) constantly when something good is happening, and I imagine that would be pretty complicated for them to work out.

Great commentary, very entertaining.
I was watching both streams and eventually closed Ame's stream and only watched Magni.
Shame Vesper pov had a delay.

Also, his mic peaking when he's screaming is becoming really annoying. Has anyone mentioned this to him? Is it something he can fix with settings, or does he need a better mic?

Hopefully Ame learns a few things from how Magni did his commentary. Though I imagine in that round the best option will be to watch the actual stream. Not sure who Ame can get that will bother to learn the meta and rules of Worms and will be able to bounce off of Ame well. Maybe she should get Altare to co-commentate?

These were the rules all the way back in S2, too. They aren't new rules.
