If you're a small, "nice guy" with confidence, no girl will ever go out with you. You have to either be a cynical dick that makes fun of everyone else, or proves they'll never back down from a challenge and be over-confrontational for the sake of their own pride.
Tall guys have the luxury of being nice due to their bodies being more naturally appealing for a female, while small guys have to scrape by every day just to survive through personality and bravado, even if they KNOW they have no fucking chance in a direct confrontation, like a Rottweiler vs a Chihuahua.
Every small dude I know has been the exact same in this regard, and a lot of the time it works out for them, even if they always seem pissed. Meanwhile, the weak ones are either completely alone, or with a reformed roastie that's 35+ looking for someone 'safe' to settle down with and control.
