Vshojo does not enforce rules on her, twitch however does have rules which she doesn't understand.
It's not that she can't stream on youtube, it's that she can't stream on both at the same time. Twitch vods and clips have a 24 hour exclusivity agreement before they can be put on youtube (this is also why a lot of other streamers have their own clip channels, and ask other clippers not to immediately re-upload stuff since twitch is retarded and will piss on you for something somebody else does). If vshojo has told her anything about not doing any of this, its probably just to keep her from fucking up. Because she is retarded. She doesn't even have a different obs login for nazuna and already accidentally used several stream elements between identities.
