She always came into Hololive with the mindset to change it and she's succeeding. Where others have faced grave consequences for the most minor of controversies (remember Marine/Miko and the doujin debacle?), she was never suspended or punished, despite often breaking company rules and laws. Cover are just too afraid of her because her music was so successful. And now with her major contract (even if her release flopped) they really can't risk displeasing her. Mori is remodelling HoloEN in her image. The only question is if her influence will wash over to the JP side or not.
