the only thing that should clear by now is that for Mori, there is NO FUNCTIONAL, NOTABLE DIFFERENCE (from her perspective) between a "male collab" and any other kind of Holo collab
what results from it is that she'll continue to collab according to her personal preference/vibe with people, and for the most part she seems to vibe with the Tempus dudes more than some HoloEN, some IDs and pretty much the entirety of HoloJP
they will be part of her regular schedule, because she doesn't see things like you, for her they're just "Holo collabs/collabs with coworkers" and she won't empathize with your perspective because the same perspective brought hate and gossip on her when she was trying to work with FT in the past
