>>33560796StarsJP has had plenty success in Japan, they wouldn't keep making gens if they didn't. They consistently sell out of everything they produce. People get a warped sense of success because of numberfags but to be a top 1% streamer you need 200 viewers. Add on to that memberships and merch revenue and every Star is living comfy in Tokio while also giving Cover profits. Tempus would've done completely fine without Hololive collabs, the first month with the collab ban and asinine 1 hour debuff still gave them a healthy for digit viewership. And even after collabs with Holos their CCV returns to their normal rate immediatly after, like sure they might get a spike in the collab but that spike never stays. Is it really helpful to collab if the viewers don't stay?
Meanwhile HoloEN has started to feel less and less unique every month. Council never reached the heights of Myth and Myth has been slowing doing aside from Gura maybe. And then you have the JP branch thriving and breaking new records with "Just Chatting" streams. How will the new HoloEN gen fare? The one that immediately collabs with Tempus one week before they collab with their HoloEN senpais because the collab ban with Tempus are shorter? I know i'm gonna get accused of Doomposting but its really not my intention, i'm just seeing the road ahead and don't see any other alternative to a slow, slow decline.
