I used inpainting to keep the timepiece untouched as everything around it was changed, and I also used inpainting to make the eyes look much better (using "very deep eyes" in your prompt helps)
the amazing thing about this technology is that you can give it the most scuffed photoshops/drawings and it'll turn it into something really good
