I saw an indie on twitch talk about this. Apparently you can't do the same sort of content on youtube and twitch even after the change. Kson can be a partner and stream on both as it's english on one and japanese on the other. I think maybe that's why nazuna was getting frustrated about not being able to learn english. Or at least not making enough progress to stream in english only on one platform, japanese on the other.

Until recently, you weren't allowed to stream on youtube if you were a twitch partner. Some people did, others got banned from twitch. It was all pretty random. Many big creators got fed up though and just left Twitch.

Keep in mind, this is only the average Twitch partner contract, many big streamers have a custom made contract with a bigger slice of the subs but absolutely not allowed to stream elsewhere. They get paid extra money for not leaving Twitch too. The fine points are negotiated in secret and not public.

Nazuma most likely got one of these, negotiated by her vshojo managers. Now if she streams on YT it could be a breach of contract with Twitch. But Twitch fanboys are retarded cock suckers are retarded so...

This part is important. The freedom to stream on youtube is only for some, others are screwed.
