You don't get it. Branches have been killed for less If talents keep getting harassed (it's not unicorns who are doing it) and it becomes a problem for the JP branch, they'll just kill EN. Don't forget the fact that CN branch lost them a bunch of money because they don't own 100% of that branch. HoloCN ultimately got canned because of shit profitability, difficulty of doing business in China, and being made an example for making the wrong content.
