Well, it's gotta be all Holostars vs all Hololive, with some people having multiple forms. The cast will not be balanced since Holostars is way smaller but you just have to deal with that.

Ina -summon Takos to do things and use tentacles to force your opponent away to summon more Takos
Kaela - Levelling character who smacks materials off of her enemies and uses them to enhance her normals. At least one super is the option to get a free level.
Nene - We turned Azrael into a cute girl. Naturally would have an install that overrides the music with NENENENENE.
Bae - Small body rushdown dashing around the stage with specials that have random effects.
