>>33690786I was ranting to my gf about this earlier and I'd rather not blog to you about it as well, but in group dynamics, male/female groups don't work as well as all the same gender groups because men and women pick up social cues differently and when a member of the opposite sex is involved, it messes that entire sensor up.
With men, we know how to banter, and when one of us goes to far and we see the small indicators that it might have stung the other guy, we generally notice it and instinctually make it up to them by bringing them up in a conversation in a good/exciting light because you enjoy being friends with them.
When you add a woman to the mix, a woman is more likely to not understand how to banter right, push it too far while goading another guy to also push it,and then the woman will notice it was too far but instead of how a man will respond, women will generally apologize, and it causes the man that joined in to also apologize, causing a very strange and uncomfortable situation all around.
This exact scenario happened with ollie, magni and vesper during apex and i've seen this happen a lot before during dnd or mmo guilds.
This kind of thing doesn't apply to just a pair of man and woman, but in a group dynamic its where all these social group cues get fucked and its why all these collabs are just bad in general.
Look to nijiEN and how every mixed gender group collab comes down to the women baiting the men to say something homosexually charged because the women completely misunderstand banter.
Its the reason why nina got a lot of hate from even the female fans, she was rubbing the group collabs the wrong way.
