Honestly, I don't know. I don't even know if I am parasocial, since the phrase gets thrown around so liberally.
I'm happy when my oshi streams, I'm happy when she succeeds, I'm happy when she gushes over her members, and I feel bad for her when she's sad. I would drop her if she collabed with males. I have day 1 membership and supa occasionally, but never bother writing anything. On the other hand, I don't care if she has a bf irl, I don't care about her irl politics or opinions or any rm business. I'm not in love with her (at all), and I don't think she will ever know that I exist. I'm only interested in her stream persona, and I don't coom to her model. Am I parasocial?

I'm definitely insane enough to go parasocial, but too autistic to commit to any of the chuubas out there. Since I get down syndrome mad if they like things I hate, aren't homophobic, etc.
I dread the day a vtuber arrives that fulfills all of my insane demands.

It's probably like any other parasocial relationship with a streamer or other figure. I only ever got close to that, and it just naturally happens to a person with little to no socialization. It's not actually good, you should have real people you actually care about in your life.
