Hololive is an idol company, Nijisanji is an entertainment company for starters.
More importantly, when males joined NijiEN, a lot of them were already acquainted or friends with people in NijiEN, yes it's nepotism. Also management forced them to play games together to get them used to seeing each other as just people and not males and females courting each other.
I don't see hololive doing that so we got the extremely awkward collab yesterday.
As for Selen, the girl is a certified tomboy, who abuses everyone equally. and manages to always avoid any drama.
