I can't understand people who insist Hololive and Holostars collabs should be the norm
Why won't they look at the bigger picture?
The girls' and boys' group separation are their identity, one of their selling points and it is a business model that has been working well for Hololive and make them rise to become one of the top groups
To change their business model would have been wasting their years of hard work
It is one thing to change their business model if their current business model doesn't work, but it is still working well for them

What needed to be done by EN is shaping up their workers and engrained in their brains that they're hired as entertainers first and foremost, instead of changing the business model
If EN3 is filled with a PR disaster like Mori, a retard like Kronii and "my dog died" Sana then you might as well expect EN to fall even more after EN3's honeymoon period is over

They are just as troublesome as unicorns and their existence should be ignored just like the chinks nationalist

And while it's true that in 2018 and early 2019, Holo did collabs with males quite often, they know that didn't work well for them and they choose to go with the "girls only paradise" with some exceptions obviously, but generally Hololive as a whole is providing the "girls only paradise" experience to the viewers
